Released In 1982, The E.P. Collection contained 11 EPs, There is only one known variation.

The Inner sleeve contained information on every release labelled as recording data!, also listed were the song titles and musicians involved.

This set was eagerly awaited by many fans, I remember having to save quite a bit and finally being able to purchase the set through the UK Elvis fans club. Worth every penny in my opinion. It was good to see RCA letting go of the reigns a bit and giving Roger Semon room to experiment, not that it was ever in question that this set would not do well.

All the vinyl was pressed on pseudo retro sleeves. The covers also had that retro look and sported the top and bottom foldovers of old.

By far the most collectable item is the original EMI pressing of The Real Elvis, this was withdrawn due to the label having the wrong layout.  Expect to pay £150+ for an EP set with this rarity, otherwise £50 should get you a near mint normal set.
